We formally began a new procedure for Heavenly Tribal Messiah Blessings with a Three Days Workshop on June 2 – 4, 2017 for 24 leaders and members who would form 13 teams nationwide. The focus is on areas where we have the membership for more effective follow-up. The teams are distributed as follows:

STATE

TEAM

Abuja 2 teams
Akwa Ibom 2 teams
Lagos 2 teams
Rivers 2 teams
Benue 1 team
Cross River 1 team
Imo 1 team
Ogun 1 team
Ondo 1 team

As part of the workshop, we had a practical demonstration of the Blessing at Gbessa Community near Abuja where 17 couples were blessed. The strategy this time is to bless small numbers each time for ease of tracking and follow-up to ensure that the couples complete the 40 days separation and three days ceremony. In attendance was a district head pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church and his wife, who said the opening prayer at the ceremony.

After the workshop, the teams had less than two weeks of preparation in their states to begin Blessing activities. On Saturday 10 June a Blessing Ceremony was held at Kado, Abuja with 23 Couples.

Saturday 17 June, Blessing was held in Ijoko in Ogun State by the Lagos team. And on Sunday 18 June, the Lagos team blessed two Ambassadors for Peace couples at Palace of the Chief of Shomolu-Bariga in Lagos. The event was a media event covered by Nigerian Television and Silverbird Television because of the personalities involved. This makes a total of 24 couples for Lagos.

In Abuja, a follow-up Blessing was held at Gbessa for 11 couples. In Port Harcourt, 5 couples were blessed on June 17 and in Akwa Ibom, one couple was blessed.

On 26 June, Blessings were held in Ibafor, Ogun State for 33 Couples and Calabar for 33 couples also. And on July 1st, 28 couples were blessed at Ifo, Ogun State by the Ogun State team.
